For 3 days now I can only smell 30% of the smells. I am so sad that I can't smell my babies and my husband. 😢 I will start this treatment with mint, clove, rose and lemon! I also take 'alpha lipoic acid' which helps a lot. I will update when I have news.

Thank you so much for the information. I’m currently taking semaglutide and it’s been great, but it is quite expensive. I’ve come across a brand called HIMS and was wondering about your opinion on it. I’m definitely looking for a more affordable option, but I understand that quality is important. Any guidance would be appreciated.

When I took a low dose of Phentermine for one month my blood pressure spiked to 225/175. I stayed like that for days and I had to go to the ER multiple times. It never went back to normal and sits at 155/105 without Losartan. I was 100/70 kind of gal BEFORE this toxic medication. Ozempic isn’t meant for weight loss. Motivate natural methods, not more scripts for people to get addicted to like Phentermine.

Wygovy seems to be a better choice than Rybelsus...the biggest part of taking any GLP-1 medication is the right diet and the right amount of exercise....although no one eats their way to becoming diabetic...diet is paramount when trying to manage insulin resistance. Thanks Doc for the candid comparison..much appreciated!!

I've been on Rybelsus 14 mg for about 3 months now. I've lost about 20 lbs but have since hit a plateau. Getting that extra 5 more pounds is a struggle.

I was on Testosterone for over 20 years after finding out in my 20's that I was a 47 chromosome man. I also was told at that time that I was sterile. My T number was 177. Throughout my pre-teens I was very skinny and had little to no body hair except for my scalp. I also had small muscle mass for my age. The Dr at that time noticed my chest was not well defined and I had small raised breasts. At that time I was 6ft and 184 pounds. Over the next 20 years, I was on all types of T including a weekly shot given to me at the Dr's office. In the latter years, I was only on the gel( 2 pumps twice per day). My T levels never got higher than 350. But, there is a caveat in testing scores. If I was feeling more fatigued one week over the next, I would just increase or decrease my amount. Then, at testing time I would take less of the gel and test lower than I should be. Generally, the doctor would prescribe a higher dose and I would self dose as needed. The difference in my life was not noticeable to outsiders. My wife said I always had a stiffy when she needed it. The other side was wide swings of moodiness. Also, during the later parts of my life( in my 60's), I could finally grow a mustache. To this date, I've never had sideburns or a beard. I still shave once a week whether I need it or not. I don't have very much body hair( none on my chest, arms or legs, and very few under my arms, sparse on my groin. One of the other problems was very small testicles( about the size of a peanut). In my 30's I had to have my right one removed since it began to hurt and would stay up in my body instead of hanging below. My left one is still very small. My wife went through menopause a few years back and her vagina no longer produces enough lubricant or desire to have sex. I stayed on my T for about 2 years past this and turned my attention to self pleasure. It was not a good period in our marriage. I finally pulled the plug and stopped using T. The initial first month wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was still active sexually and had what I thought was plenty of energy. But, by the second month, it was apparent that everything slowed way down. It will be two years in July of this year, that I stopped taking Testosterone. I've come a long way since then. I have accepted the new me( without sex) and it's okay. My energy level never did come back to where it was while on T but, I'm retired and living a different life now. Slower, meaningful and religious. I'm having some problems with my bladder and prostate right now, wondering if this is a side effect of my T?)

Really? Why should there be a significant difference by different ways of application? T is T 🤷🏼‍♂ I would think what counts is the amount that ends up in your bloodstream. And what is this, ok, give it up if the First attempt doesnt work?? 🤦🏼‍♂

I tried Ozempic 2mg for weight loss. I use it for 10 weeks with mild appetite suppression. Then I used Rybelsus 14mg and I found it much more effective for appetite suppression. I’m thinking to take higher doses hoping to get better appetite control. I think it worth to try Rybelsus if Ozempic is not satisfactory effective.

The FDA has recently warned about severe joint pain with Januvia, so I'm sure that's where mine came from, as I've never had hip pain before. Just for your information.

As someone who was recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic as is normal i was started on Metformin, i was very ill with it, and once i did some research i found out why. It is reknown for many side effects but by far the worst are the way you end with a very bad stomach even when taken with food, the slow release one is little better. I am now taking Berberine, and fingers croosed it suits me far better, doctors only prescribe Metformin because it is cheap, i would rather pay for my treatment than suffer with a fear of loosing sight of a bathroom.!

What wasn't mentioned was the use of Ivermectin in conjunction with other therapeutics. As can be the case, better results in treatment,be it Covid or other illness, is accomplished with dual therapy. Furthermore, science is only as good as the researchers and the applied methodology they use to measure

It appears that your perspective is quite critical. However, it’s important to recognize that there are reputable sources that produce high-quality compounds. The cost of Ozempic, which can be as high as $1,200 for a four-week supply, is prohibitive for many people. Semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic, has shown remarkable results in clinical studies, and obtaining it through compounded formulations can be a more affordable option, often costing significantly less. 😏
